Searchlight has had no prior notice of this action, and your email has brought this to our attention. Clearstream is not a regulator and does not deal directly with listed companies. Our German broker sponsor is trying to correct the issue with Clearstream. In the meantime the alternative for German shareholders is to ask their broker to trade the stock over the TSX Venture market if they can do that or alternatively, you may open an account with a Canadain broker to trad directly in the Canadain market.
