versteh ich richtig, BH verkauft ca 220 Millionen Aktien (2/3 ist erledigt) und BYD kauft 1 Million zurück durch ein Aktienrückkaufprogramm? Kann er gleich direkt von BH holen 😁.. besser als nix, aber eigentlich nix.

BYD Proposed by Chairman Wang Chuanfu for A-shr Buyback at RMB200M BYD (002594.SZ) announced on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) that Wang Chuanfu, the actual controller, chairman and president of the company, proposed to repurchase A-shares of the company at RMB200 million with his own funds. The repurchase will be carried out through the trading system of the SZSE in the form of centralized bidding transactions. The repurchased shares will be used for employee share ownership scheme, share award scheme or reduction of registered capital. The repurchase price will not be higher than 150% of the average price of the shares traded in the 30 trading days prior to the date on which the board of directors passes a resolution on the repurchase proposal, subject to the approval of the repurchase proposal by the board of directors. The repurchase period is 12 months from the date of approval of the proposal, and Wang Chuanfu will not trade the company's shares in the six months prior to the proposal and will have no intention to reduce his holdings during the repurchase period. BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) closed at $215.2 at noon, up $7.4 or 3.56%, with 5.5366 million shares traded, involving $1.177 billion. BYD (002594.SZ) closed at noon at RMB198.98, up RMB2.64 or 1.3%, with a turnover of RMB2.047 billion.
