Und das ist die Zusammenfassung meiner Beschwerde: On March 11 bettermoo(d) announced a special investor call for an important news. The call was planned for March 13, and included hints to a potential take over. The call was then postponed to March 18, with the remark, that a "major brand" hadn't approved to be named in the call. On March 14, CIRO already suspended the trading, because bettermoo(d) had caused the vague rumor, it could be the announcement of the takeover candidate. On March 14 bettermoo(d) clarified that the call is not about a take-over, but a "major brand" hadn't accepted to be named yet. The trading was resumed again on March 14. In todays call there was no new "major brand", but only the announcement, that their existing distribution partner had upstocked the Moodrink to be able to provide the huge demand. The announcement was misleading and the content of the announcement not even close to the hype made about it upfront. Lots of people where fooled by the announcements and arguments brought forward in the advance to the call, including myself. The share price raised from 2,70 CAD to 4,00 CAD. Directly after the call the share price in Germany dropped and will surely drop further tomorrow, caused by this fraud. I am pretty sure several investors will lose money because of this misconduct by the bettermoo(d) management.
