In relation to the second quarter results presented August 28th, we spoke about what the Company will consist of after the sale of the VLGC fleet and the various options we are currently exploring. Following completion of the transaction, which is expected to be within December 2024, Avance Gas will be the owner of four Medium-Sized Gas Carriers (MGCs) newbuildings capable of carrying ammonia cargoes for delivery between Q4 2025 and Q4 2026. Further, we will become the second largest shareholder in BW LPG with 12.8% stake and we will have a substantial cash position. With the MGCs, we have various options: we could sell the vessels to a third party and generate $10 million in profit per vessels (these were contracted in June and August 2023 at $61.5m and now valued at low $70m) or we could sell the vessels with a charter contract attached which could potentially result in a higher sale price. The third alternative is to be a fully operator and expand the MGC fleet by investing further in this segment. We are currently exploring all the options and we will keep the investors updated by issuing press releases. Immerhin zahlen die das Geld an die Aktionäre aus. Viele Aktiengesellschaften sind nur ein reiner Selbstbedienungsladen für Vorstände und Aufsichtsräte.

Was ich auch noch vermute dass sie die Aktionäre am Verkauf der 12 Riesentanker noch beteiligen und daher die üppige Dividende! Weiter beobachten

Ach ja falls das mit dieser hohen Dividende korrekt ist bitte bedenken dass der Kurs dann 15 % auch fallen würde! Wichtig 🌰

Bitte nie auf zukünftige Dividenden verlassen oder darauf spekulieren! Hier wird noch die Vergangenheit die super gelaufen ist vergoldet! Ich bin zum Glück rechtzeitig raus! Alles Gute 🌰

Das ist leider nicht nur bei Avance der Fall. Anderen „Gas Transporteuren“ geht es ähnlich.

Und trotzdem sackt der Kurs immer weiter ab.

Das wären 1,22 Euro für das Quartal, hochgerechnet auf das Jahr 4,88 Euro, also eine jährliche Dividende von 45,7 %.
