Auroch Minerals (ASX: AOU) has confirmed that it will drill deep under a historically producing nickel mine in a few weeks’ time.  AOU will be chasing extensions to the existing nickel mineralisation - 3,000m of drilling will take place - large, high grade nickel intercepts should be positively received by the market.  AOU’s nickel mine stopped producing back in 1987 when the nickel price dropped to below US$4,000/tonne - this is not the case now. Nickel is currently trading at around US$17,000 per tonne, almost doubling since March 2020.  This is a big event that we have been waiting for since we first invested in AOU at 20c in March.  Why the recent sell off in AOU?  We are currently underwater with our investment in AOU but hopefully not for long.  We are holding to see AOU execute on its exploration strategy and haven’t sold a share. We have been observing some selling pressure in AOU in recent weeks, despite the company continuing to charge forward toward drilling at Nepean.  Whilst we don't know for sure, we can think of three reasons that could explain why AOU is trading in the 15c region at the moment:           1. EOFY Tax Loss Selling? Perhaps investors that bought into AOU at around the 30c mark in February have been exiting for a loss before June 30th, to offset taxable gains made elsewhere in the market.  This will end come June 30th - which is only a week away, and one week closer to AOU’s drilling event.             2. Options overhang? AOU has 31 million options with a strike price of 10c which expire 30th November 2021 - whilst seeing these converted to shares would bring in over $3M to the company, it's unlikely to happen until the share price appreciates further.  These options appear to have created a natural weight to the AOU share price, especially if holders are converting and selling into the market.  This dynamic will change completely if AOU can strike a large, game changing nickel discovery, or November 30th is reached and options overhang is removed.           3. Impatient holders?  There have been some minor delays to AOU’s current regional RC drilling programme and MLEM surveys, which have been hampered by heavy rain in the area.  The small cap market has its share of short term traders - perhaps some investors aren't prepared to wait a few more weeks until AOU starts drilling.  AOU is continuing to RC drill and finish these MLEM surveys - with results expected in the coming weeks. Then deep drilling under the Nepean Nickel Mine is happening in late July.  With a pipeline of funded newsflow over the coming weeks, we would expect AOU to generate more attention and hopefully upward momentum.

War das nicht die selbsternannte Legende ehemals König? Bei Millenial bin ich jetzt raus. Und bei AUZ ist noch zu früh zum Bedanken. Kann auch in die Hose gehen. Für 2018 habe ich auch noch Cruz Cobalt geholt. Nichts Substanzielles aber nen Zock wert.

Ja klar "angestiftet"... Genötigt, wäre vielleicht das bessere Wort. Ach ja wo sind eigentlich im Gegenzug die dankesgrußkarten für auz? Den thread habe ich nämlich auch eröffnet. Dann sei auch so konsequent.

Alles ist erlaubt. Aber wenn man andere Anstiftet irgendwelche Aktien zu kaufen, weil man ein gutes Gefühl hat (so wie ich jetzt) dann muss man hinterher auch die Kritik einstecken.

Jo, wenn es in Börsen Foren nicht erlaubt ist, die eigene Meinung zu Werten zu schreiben, ist es können wir sie auch dicht machen. Zum Glück ist ja noch jeder selbst für seine Investitionen verantwortlich. In auz bin ich schon seit fast 2 Monaten drin.

Den Anstieg bei Alba habe ich leider verpasst. Da warte ich erstmal ab. So, jetzt bin ich hier raus. Viel Erfolg noch.

Ich empfehle garnichts. Dann reiß ich wenigstens nicht andere mit ins Verderben. Aber bin zu 0,06 gerade in AUZ rein. Da erwarte ich einen 2 bis 3 Bagger auf Sicht von 6 Monaten. Außerdem bin ich zu 0,03 in Portofino rein (Lithium brine) und halte weiter. Da erwarte ich auch noch was.

Der Hype auf Kobalt ist aktuell so groß!Ich denke da sind viele wieder raus, weil sie ungeduldig sind und nur wo anderes reinwollen was schneller gehen soll

Ja, der Kurs ist ja jetzt auch so gering, dass es sich bei dem Einsatz kaum mehr lohnt rauszugehen. Die haben ja 6mio aus Cash.

Ich bin erstmal mit 15000 rein um zu sehen wo die Richtung hin geht. Hab die Nacht nochmals bissel nachgeforscht, da sollen ja noch viele Löcher gebohrt weden. Man muss auch immer sehen wie gering der Durchmesser so einer Bohrungnist , vielleicht sind sie ja kanpp am Klumpen vorbei ;) Ich denke wegen einen Fehlschuss sie Flinte ina Korn zu werfen ist übertrieben.

Ich glaube ich bleibe bis Ende Dezember drin. Das vierte Loch sah Ja noch vielversprechend aus, wenn ich das richitg verstanden habe. Habe jetzt mit 35000 Stück Aktien auch nicht Haus und Hof da drin. Und du?
