Taiwan Semiconductor has proposed a JV with Nvidia, Broadcom, and AMD to operate Intel’s loss-making foundries in the U.S. According to reports, TSMC will not own more than 50% of the JV, to keep the unit’s ownership in American hands.

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing has proposed a joint venture (JV) with Nvidia , Advanced Micro Devices , and Broadcom to operate Intel’s struggling U.S. foundries. The news was first reported by Reuters, citing people familiar with the matter. Intel stock has lost 55.8% in the past year, but shares are up nearly 7% in pre-market trading at the time of writing, probably propelled by the JV news.

Ich denke, die Bedeutung dieser Botschaft kann nicht unterschätzt werden. Intel ist vorbörslich um 8,5 % gestiegen. AMD, Broadcom und NVIDIA scheinen aufgrund dieser „Neuigkeit“ einen Aufschwung zu erleben.
Damit wären viele Probleme auf einmal gelöst.
- Probleme mit der Intel-Technologie
- Trumps Importzölle
- Abhängigkeit Taiwan
- Und für ASML: Der Verlust von Intel-Aufträgen wird durch einen deutlichen Anstieg der Aufträge in den USA ersetzt.

ASML ist das Unternehmen der Welt, bitte vergesst das nicht. Ohne ASML würde es keine Chips geben und die Welt würde nicht mehr funktionieren
