Neue Bürogebäude zu bauen ist und wird immer Teurer, da hat AT als Bestandshalter einen riesen Vorteil.

Kühlt sich ab klingt aber weniger dramatisch. Der Kurs hingegen ist aber dramatisch gesunken. Noch immer haben wir einen KBV von 0,16 ,also noch ordentlich Luft nach oben. Die Erholung bis jetzt was gut, kann gerne so weiter.

Bei der Geschwindigkeit, wie die Politik gerade die Wirtschaft an die Wand fährt und Deutschland in den Abgrund reißt, ist nix eingepreist. Wir sind noch immer so niedrig bewertet, da mache ich mir keine Sorgen. Jetzt geht's langsam Richtung MDAX, wird zwar dauern aber wir sind auf dem richtigen Weg. Dann werden sich die großen Fonds und Co eindecken. Welche groß Negativen Nachrichten sollten jetzt nich kommen. Sehr viel ist schon eingepreist.

Ich denke mal das du mehr an tiefere Kurse interessiert bist, aber wenn du schon länger an der Börse bist, kannst du schon erahnen wo der Kurs hin will, langsam aber stetig auf die 2€zu

Wir sehen gerade eine Bodenbildung, wenn die abgeschlossen ist geht es bestimmt Richtung 1,80€ Wenn gute Nachrichten kommen kann es auch schnell höher gehen, wer jetzt verkauft hat es nicht verdient höhere Gewinne hier zu realisieren

Was wir bei AT erlebt bzw. erlitten haben ist die Umkehrung eines Crack-up-Booms. Losgelöst von der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung wurden die Aktien von AT in großem Stil verramscht. Aber auch die größten unbegründeten Kursausschläge glättet irgend wann der Markt. Da kann man nur hoffen, dass sich die kühnen Leershorter in den USA, UK oder sonstwo bald gewaltig in die Finger schneiden.

Ich denke in den USA und UK wo shorten im großen Stil erlaubt ist bzw auch das Leershorten gehört AT wie andere europäische Reits zur Liste der geeigneten Shorts.
Ist dort wie im Supermarkt.
