Auf stocktwits postet jemand den folgenden Text: Just the messenger here - @Ann resurfaced just moments ago with ALT perspective: "Information Update: Greeting folks, it's been a few weeks, but I thought I'd update this fine group with some additional findings from yesterday and today down in Gaithersburg. A number of my colleagues have been able to verify AstraZen and Amgen have been in the "lead" on completing negotiations and DD with ALT folks down in Gaithersburg. For reasons unknown to us AstraZen appears to be leading the "deal" (still unsure of the nature of the contemplated association with ALT). The Deal team is working out of the offices of AZ on Multimmune Way (2 miles south of ALT's Headquarters in Gaithersburg). Our understanding the DD/negotiations are being finalized as I type this. Thus, don't pay any attention to the daily "chop" in the trading of ALT shares. AstraZen, in particular, needs Pemvi in its RX development portfolio more so than almost any large BioPharma.
