wenn China sich ruhig verhält und kein Krieg entsteht, dann ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit sehr hoch, das wir mit BABA sehr viel Geld verdienen, völlig egal wer bei BABA CEO, welcher Luftballon wo geflogen ist, was die Immobilienblase gerade macht.

jeder weiß das china tech unterbewertet ist, gegenüber manchen anderen wertpapieren, aber trotzdem kann man pech haben und damit geld verlieren, denn auch wenn die fundamentaldaten passen und man sich die mühe gemacht hat den unternehmenswert zu berechnen, seine hausaufgaben gemacht hat, wenn man kein glück hat verliert man hier, zb. wegen krieg, einzelaktien hat sehr viel mit glück zu tun, auch der kaufzeitpunkt (beispiel META Aktie, Kursanstieg innerhalb von nur ~7 Monat +200% in USD ???), daher mir sind diese News egal, wer bei BABA CEO ist oder was die Analysten behaupten, die Finanzindustrie versucht damit kurzfristig den Kurs zu bewegen, die Kursschwankungen verleiten die Anleger zum Verkauf bzw. Kauf, jemand verdient damit Geld (Kauf- bzw. Verkaufsgebühren, Steuer, sonstige Finanzprodukte wie Short, Long, Absicherungen usw.). In Summe verlieren die Anleger Geld, denn wenn die laufend die BABA Aktie hin und her traden wird denen Geld entzogen (durch die Gebühren usw.) Das ist auch ein Mitgrund warum BABA bisher gefallen ist.

Wenn Fundamentaldaten keine Rolle spielen, dann kann ich ein paar amerikanische Werte wie Nvidia empfehlen. Da ist man momentan in bester Gesellschaft. Der Nachbar hat bestimmt auch schon investiert. Und Risiken gibt es natürlich keine, wie generell bei allen westlichen Aktien.

und über fundamentaldaten zu schreiben ist bei politischen aktien großteils zeitverschwendung, war 5 jahre im gazprom forum, es hiess gazprom ist unterbewertet, +20% dividende usw., am ende bekam man nichts ! dort wurde tag für tag über die baufortschritte der nordstream 2 leitung diskutiert, jede news hinein kopiert, war am ende alles umsonst, jetzt schreiben sie dort nur noch wie man die adr in russische isin umtauscht um es irgendwie verkaufen zu können.

Erzähl mal von den miesen News? Ich habe bislang nur gute Nachrichten gehört. Daniel Zhang wechselt von der Konzernspitze zum CEO der Cloud Sparte (mega positiv, da es kein Rückschritt, sondern in diesem Fall tatsächlich eine Beförderung ist und das IPO somit wohl viel früher kommt als gedacht), USA unterstützt weiterhin die One-China Politik und die Annäherung ist im Gange, in Hongkong kann man jetzt Dual handeln usw. Meinst du mit miesen News den angeblich "krassen" Rückgang der Wirtschaft, der in China im Übrigen auch dann noch viel höher wäre als hier und in den USA? Medien verdienen ihr Geld mit prägnanten Schlagzeilen. Umso mehr wenn sich diese negativ anhören. Nutzt diese Gelegenheiten für euren Vorteil und lasst euch nicht beeinflussen durch einen x-beliebigen Journalisten, der irgendwelche anonymen Quellen zitiert.
Seiten news habe ich geschrieben und damit meine ich politischen Kram der indirekt etwas mit Baba und tun hat aber scheinbar den Kurs massiv beeinflusst. Ein Beispiel ist die letzte Biden Aussage. Wenn ich auf den Kurs schaue war es wieder einmal richtig im Plus zu verkaufen. Für mich eine Leider Option, weil ich mit Baba eigentlich lang gehen will

JPMorgan issued a report on BABA's management change, while giving the company a target price of $135 and an Overweight rating.
Daniel Zhang will step down as chairman and CEO of the company effective September 10 to devote himself to the development of Alibaba Cloud. Executive Vice Chairman Joseph Tsai will succeed Zhang as BABA's Chairman. Eddie Wu, chairman of Taobao and Tmall Group, will take over as CEO.
JPM saw Zhang's change in role as a strong personal endorsement of Alibaba Cloud's growth potential, as his share-based compensation will be replaced with Alibaba Cloud's share-based compensation.
The broker believed that BABA's current share price reflected that investors have undervalued Alibaba Cloud. Based on the broker's US$79 billion SOTP valuation, Alibaba Cloud is approximately 35% accretive to BABA's current share price, and it expected the Alibaba Cloud spin-off to be a catalyst for BABA's share price in the next 6-12 months.
From a corporate governance perspective, JPM considered the change in management as a positive move, as Zhang was chairman and CEO of both BABA and Alibaba Cloud prior to the announcement, which could create potential conflicts of interest once Alibaba Cloud becomes a standalone company.
JPMorgan expected Tsai to play more of a capital management role in the future, with his role likely to be more focused on strategic review and resource allocation at the group level. Wu meanwhile is likely to focus more on internal coordination and finding new growth opportunities for the group, and with his strong technology background, he is expected to help BABA find new growth areas in emerging technologies.
