BABA announced a series of spin-offs and financing plans for its business groups, which will include a complete spin-off of the Cloud Intelligence Group through the distribution of dividends to shareholders, exploring external financing for the Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group, and the listing of the Cainiao Smart Logistics and its new retail business, Freshippo (Hema). Daniel Zhang, Chairman of the Board and CEO of BABA, issued an internal letter to employees titled "Second Venture, Second Start" (literal translation from "再創業再出發"), stating that the business model, customer characteristics and development stage of Cloud Intelligence Group are vastly different from most of BABA's consumer Internet businesses. He said Cloud Intelligence is expected to become a new independent company in terms of equity and corporate governance after the full spin-off and listing. Börse ist doch so einfach, alles in US Big Tech und die Überrendite ist gesichert. Wie viele Jahre das wohl noch so läuft.

habe wieder bei 78.20 verkauft.... durch alle Level durch die Aktie... die versuchen sie nach unten zu drücken... bei Eröffnung bestimmt ne fette rote Kerze... wobei es kommt immer anders als man denkt....

Aber hier läuft das Drama schon deutlich länger. Mit zu viel China schaut man aktuell ganz schön in die Röhre.

Bei META bin ich auch in der grauenhaften Falle gesessen ... META ist jetzt 17% meines Depots mit +50% Gewinn und das obwohl ich mind. 30% im Minus war, weil viel zu früh nachgekauft !

es ist alles gut nach den Zahlen usw... nur eben es ist so wie es ist aktuell... sollten die Mitarbeiter im großen Still kündigen, wie Meta gemacht hatte, so würde hier die Rakete zurück auf 220 usw.. gehen.. alles sollte, könnte, villeicht.. etc.. momentan nur zum Trade gut die Aktie...bin bei 77 rein gerade.

Auf den ersten Blick sind die Zahlen eigentlich relativ gut und es sollte noch einiges an Wert freigesetzt werden durch die IPO's. Werde noch einen detaillierten Blick in's Zahlenwerk wagen. Für mich langfristig weiterhin ein Top-Wert. Uns so schlimm sieht die Performance auch nicht aus, wie einige hier tun (bei mir -14%, in CHF gerechnet). Da gab es noch ganz andere Tech-Werte die letzten Monate, wo man sein Geld hätte verbrennen können.

Und der Rest der Welt ist Pleite. Da bevorzuge ich doch China. 🥳
