Falls jemand einen Einstieg sucht. Realty Income und DHL Group sind z.Z. sehr gut zurück gekommen. Dazu ist die Divi bei beiden ca. 5%. Die Idee stammt nicht von mir 😁 sondern von aus dem Video der Investmentfellows. Haben noch die ING (Divi bei 7%) gehabt. Da ich aber eine Bank schon habe bin ich bei DHL und Realty eingestiegen.
