Letztens im Juni war Divikürzung AFC Gamma (NASDAQ:AFCG) declares $0.48/share quarterly dividend, -14.3% decrease from prior dividend of $0.56. Ich hab aber trotzdem heute mal ein paar nachgelegt 🌱

Also some income (approx. $2 million) through their REIT subsidiary, as mentioned on the call has not been included in EPS. Lastly big news is they are now moving to internalize their external management. That is huge cost saving if done, and more $ funneled to investors. Book value also increased 2.7%. Good results overall.

Rakete, AFC hat dieses Jahr angefangen Divi zu zahlen 😉 und auch gesteigert. Aktuell +16% auf 0,50$. Der Markt für Cannabis wird weiter freigegeben, der Bedarf an Lager, Produktionsfläche wird größer und AFC Gamma bietet genau dafür die Möglichkeit für den Produzenten im Rahmen der Immobilienfinanzierung 😉 Ein neu aufgestellter REIT in einer Wachtumsbranche 🤷‍♂️😎
