Aemetis Reports Third Quarter 2023 Financial Results Reports Net Income of $30.7 million and Basic EPS of $0.79 CUPERTINO, Calif. – November 9, 2023 - Aemetis, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMTX), a renewable natural gas and renewable fuels company focused on low and negative carbon intensity products, today announced its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2023. “Revenues of $68.7 million for the third quarter of 2023 reflect our India Biodiesel segment fulfilling $20.1 million of supply contracts from the three Oil Marketing Companies combined with restart of the Keyes ethanol plant that generated $47.4 million of California Ethanol segment revenues,” said Todd Waltz, Chief Financial Officer of Aemetis. “Investments in capital projects was $18.6 million for the first nine months of 2023 as our engineering and construction teams moved forward with initiatives across our biogas, sustainable aviation fuel, renewable diesel, carbon capture, and low carbon renewable ethanol businesses,” added Waltz. Basic earnings per share (EPS) was $0.79 for the third quarter of 2023, which includes the sale of $63 million of Inflation Reduction Act investment tax credits related to the Aemetis Biogas assets for cash proceeds of $55.2 million. “We are pleased with the many milestones accomplished during the third quarter. These milestones enable our combined operating businesses, including biogas, ethanol and biodiesel, to achieve an expected transition to positive cash flow during the fourth quarter of this year. The Aemetis Biogas assets brought into service earlier this year resulted in $55.2 million of cash proceeds; and the sale of D3 RINs generated by the Dairy Renewable Natural Gas project enabled the biogas business to now contribute to positive cash flow from operations,” said Eric McAfee, Chairman and CEO of Aemetis. “Our India team expanded biodiesel production capacity to 60 million gallons per year and received a one year, $150 million biodiesel supply allocation from the three India government Oil Marketing Companies for deliveries that started in October. Wir werden sehen...ich kann zum Beispiel nicht sagen ob die Steuergutschriften noch ins q3 oder q4 verrechnet werden. Dennoch egal wie sie ausfallen, wir sind komplett im Zeitplan und die Umsätze werden kräftig steigen. Riverside arbeitet durch die Maßnahmen Anfang des Jahres kosteneffizienter. Indien ist gut ausgelastet durch die biodiesel Verkäufe.

Aemetis Receives $150 Million Biodiesel Supply Allocation from India Oil Marketing Companies Production and delivery of the new 40 million gallon allocation started in October 2023 CUPERTINO, CA – October 30, 2023 – Aemetis, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMTX) announced today that its Universal Biofuels subsidiary in India, owner and operator of a 60 million gallon per year capacity biodiesel plant located near the Port of Kakinada on the East Coast of India, was selected by India’s three government-controlled oil marketing companies (OMCs) to supply an estimated $150 million of biodiesel under cost-plus purchase contracts for approximately 40 million gallons of biodiesel during the one year period starting October 2023. Approximately 70% of the 25 billion gallon diesel market in India is supplied by the OMCs, with the remaining 30% supplied by private oil refiners.  The 2022 Amendment to India’s National Policy on Biofuels targets a 5% minimum blend on direct sale of biodiesel by 2030 to expand the domestic production and consumption of biodiesel above the current 1% blend. The National Policy prohibits imports of biodiesel into India. “During the recent G20 meeting, Prime Minister Modi of India launched the Global Biofuel Alliance and  demonstrated leadership in encouraging renewable fuels pledges by the international community,” stated Eric McAfee, Chairman and CEO of Aemetis.  “Since last year, the new policies have increased the demand for biodiesel in India, and more than one billion gallons per year of new production are needed to meet the 5% goal.
