In fact is 7c not so ideal for the private investor, it could be better... I will explain. Although the company is very promising 1) because of the professional way it is managed 2) because of the sector in which it is active 3) because of the low share price nowadays, but 7c is aiming at the institutional investor. The yearly profit is mostly halfway payed out as dividend, let us say f.i. 0,1€ per share. For institutional investors is this dividend because of special fiscal rules 0,1€ pure. But the private investor has to pay an additional dividend tax, let's say of 25%, so it becomes 0,075€ for him. And when 7c does a capital increase (KE), it demands that the private investor after paying those extra dividend taxes invests that same 0,075€ in new shares. New shares that dilute the profit, cash flow and so on per existing share. Because of the many institutional investors in the 7c-shareholdersship, in my opinion 7c practices this policy of high dividends to keep them aboard. The share price is not of that much importance for institutionals as long as they can enjoy a stable or even growing dividend. One could ask himself why 7c lets the private investor pay dividend tax, because that amount of tax money is "lost" for the company and for the private investor. And it can not be reinvested in the company... I am curious about the opinion of the other participants in this forum :-)

Indeed SuperCrap, maybe that's why the share price was hoovering (on purpose?) around 3,75€ today. Sure there will be other institutional investors happy to invest in 7c at a bargain price...

Eine KE ist immer mit einem bitteren Beigeschmack wegen Verwässerung. Aber eine privatplatzierte KE bei der direkt so dick gekauft wurde, das macht Hoffnung 😉

Private Capital Increase (KE) announced today after XETRA-closing at 3,75€ per share. One energy-infrastructure investor has already made a commitment to invest 5 million Euro. A first step of a take-over in the making?

To all of you: I am just providing some information here I find on the internet about 7C Solarparken. That does not imply I agree with it. My conviction is that now most of the bad news is taken into account in the share price and that buying now has a favorite risk/return-award for the longer term.

Also hier mit KGVs zu argumentieren kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, clearvise wird zB Verluste schreiben, wichtiger ist doch der Cashflow und das 2023 schwächer wird als letztes Jahr ist ja schon länger bekannt

I bet from 100.000 germans there is only one who has ever heard of 7c. Dont believe that…i am Not against you and Not against 7c. Its always good to listen to people who has different Point of views. The Main Point is I think you can do better with your Money. You know my Share Price is 4,08 and I hate it since i have it…how do people feel with a much higher startprice!? Like I said….good luck! I Hope you are Right but I think it will take much longer than you think. Your Website says nextera grows 13% and 7c earns less Money than Last year (Told by their own) …no more questions

Also from simplywall.st
Full year 2022 earnings released: EPS: €0.31 (vs €0.14 in FY 2021)
Full year 2022 results:
EPS: €0.31 (up from €0.14 in FY 2021).
Revenue: €89.1m (up 59% from FY 2021).
Net income: €23.5m (up 138% from FY 2021).
Profit margin: 26% (up from 18% in FY 2021). The increase in margin was driven by higher revenue.
Revenue is expected to fall by 4.4% p.a. on average during the next 3 years compared to a 2.4% decline forecast for the Renewable Energy industry in Germany.
Over the last 3 years on average, earnings per share has increased by 34% per year but the company’s share price has only increased by 5% per year, which means it is significantly lagging earnings growth.

@Derkinglebt1445: being not-German is the "cum ex scandal" not known to me. I suppose every bank has it's small or big scandals in history. I can observe that the German and other European (like Kempen) analysts following 7C are putting there price target between 5,6€ and 6,3€. You can even find a "fair value" of around 14€! per share based on the discount cash flow calculation (see: https://simplywall.st/stocks/de/utilities/etr-hrpk/7c-solarparken-shares). With their obvious remarks that the profits will decline in the near future taking into account the exceptional gains in 2022. But profits are not the main concern of the 7c management I think so, rather the cash flow and certainly the free cash flow per share.
